The Lampeye is eye catching! Very pretty in those dark tanks, the blue color just jumps out at you. I would have to say Medium keeping and medium breeding. I am sure the English will provide these fish, but as for now you can only get them in Japan for 7.99 for 10. (or freely given by players)
